CLASS TYPES
All our classes are led and programmed by expect coaches who will support your individual goals.
Whether it's improving your basic fitness or competitive CrossFit, our classes are adapted to your your fitness ability and experience.
We offer classes for ages 15 and older.
CrossFit
Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement classes. The program is scaled to suit all ages and abilities and incorporates a mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning workouts. The classes include a WOD (workout of the day) and a separate strength or skill section.
WEIGHTLIFTING
We run two versions of our Weightlifting class, a beginners class where you will build strength, coordination and go back to basics with your Olympic Lifting. This fun class is perfect to build confidence in this area and fine tune your lifting technique.
We also run an advanced class that follows a periodised program designed within the gym.
SATURDAY COMMUNITY CLASS
Every Saturday morning we open the doors to Clydebank, and the rest of the fitness world. This class is team based with multiple workouts. You'll find all the typical CrossFit movements within this class. The workouts within this class are designed to be achievable for all fitness levels.
This class is free for non members.
ADVANCED ATHLETE COACHING
CrossFit APC is home to a team of warm hearted competitive CrossFit athletes. We provide those who are interested in competing additional advanced coaching. During these classes you'll find more advanced techniques found at CrossFit competitions. We support our competitive athletes at all competitions, and provide them with daily competitive programming.
